The art direction aimed to create a cohesive visual identity that communicated these themes while distinguishing between the two residences. This was achieved through refined copywriting that highlighted each residence's unique attributes, high-quality CGI showcasing their interiors, and a sophisticated website design that elegantly presented both concepts. A curated colour palette was employed to suit each residence's character. Every design element, from typography to imagery, was carefully selected to consistently convey Raintree Nishi-Azabu's unique value proposition.
